  • Reed is still researching the state of Ravonna which he first started in "The Kang Dynasty".
  • Tony told Reed about his armor made of Uru that was used in "A Day Unlike Any Other" and returned to the Dwarves.
  • When Iron Man encountered von Bardas he mentions her boss shouldn't mess with him again, which was a threat to her in the first season of Breakout, Part 1.

  • Starting from this season, the series has a new opening;
  • Much like the one here, another Susan Storm was replaced by a Skrull. In this case however, not only are everyone except for Doctor Doom unaware, but it serves as another foreshadowing to the series' coming Secret Invasion storyline.
  • The Skrull Captain America now wears the Ultimate suit that has no wings on his mask, but it's light blue and has red circles with white stars on his shoulders, to avoid the confusion of the classic outfit that the real Captain America wears it.

  • For some reason, von Bardas waited until after Wasp woke up to restrain her and the Invisible Woman. Though their restraints were not shown.
  • When Hulk was dragging the Thing, he misses his number 4 symbol on his buckle.
